Refund Policy

At CSECReady, we stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a CSECReady paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No hoops, no hard feelings.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or accounts that have previously received a refund.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • You subscribed within the last 7 days and are unsatisfied with the product.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation).
  • A technical issue prevented you from accessing the platform and support was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual).
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@csecready.com with:

  • The email address associated with your CSECReady account
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges — you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund; please submit a refund request if you believe one is warranted.
